You try to upload an update to google play but google play doesn't accept the update. The error google gives you is This is version (your version now) and your update version is number (updated app number version) . Google says 2 apps be installed because of different version numbers in the app itself. Usually this occurs when you add more than 1 new feature to your app and you had added permissions in your app.
Solution:
1) Go to old version of app and click unpublish or archive.
2) Click on new updated app to submit.
3) Go to the top of screen and click publish now button.
